It is an exciting time to be a member of the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce. We are "out of the box" thinkers creating new networking and promotional opportunities to help our member businesses succeed and grow, including space to advertise on the Chamber website, business referrals, monthly networking opportunities, and continuing education. Other great events that allow our member businesses to gain visibility include the Annual Pittsburg Seafood and Music Festival , Annual Golf Outing (Coming soon), Farmers Market Chamber booth opportunities, Dine out Pittsburg, and Holiday Walkabout to name a few.
We continue to partner with local government and other organizations to pursue improvements in the overall quality of life for the city, county, and region, particularly in the areas of economic development, community development, workforce development, transportation, education, and healthcare. Our success in achieving our mission and purpose is due to a collaborative effort from the Chamber Board of Directors, Chamber Ambassadors, City of Pittsburg, Chamber members, and area professionals.
Our online business directory is another service the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce provides to the local community. We continue to work with our “Discover Pittsburg” committee to encourage you to think local, shop local! By supporting the businesses in our directory, you are reinvesting in your community.We want to help you get the word out about your support of the Pittsburg community, and in addition to your Chamber membership plaque and window decals, we now feature a new website logo, and as a member you can use that logo on your own website or printed documents. Simply contact the Chamber and complete a logo release form; the Chamber staff will email the member logo to you. This logo will tell customers and potential customers that you are a proud Chamber Member and have made an investment in our community. We want you to thrive as a successful local business providing needed services and jobs to the area. Did you know that 63% of consumers are more likely to purchase goods and services from a business if they know they are a member of the Chamber?
