Business Watch Program

Business Watch is a business assistance program of the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce and the Pittsburg Police Department and a partnership between business owners/employees and the police department.

The Business Watch program has been established to:

Help reduce and prevent crimes from occurring in the business community.
Enhances security
Promotes increase in observation and assistance in reporting to the Police Department
Encourages mutual assistance and concern among business owners, managers, property owners and brokers.

Not centered only around crime, the Business Watch Program also addresses other concerns of business and provides:

A network
Resource and information sharing and promotes best practices
Potential business allies for advocacy
Subject matter expert guest speakers to directly discuss solutions and best practices for issues

Together we strive to effect change. Join us for a safe and thriving business community.

Schedule of Meetings:

Each month the Business Watch group will meet (via Zoom as of 1/26/2021) the THIRD THURSDAY of each Month.
Subjects are decided upon by the Business Watch community that take part in the meetings.
Meetings will be taped and provided below for repeat viewing.
Resources from the meeting and additional resources will be listed as well.
