How We Work:
Education:
The initial session is led by an experienced guest or member speaker with relevant knowledge to the issues. The purpose of the session is to introduce a topic that will support the development and sustainability of each member’s organization.
Mastermind-"Hot Seat":
A group member then has an opportunity to give a presentation about their business & some of the issues they are currently facing. Each member then has an opportunity to present the “Hot-Seat” speaker with their observations & feed-back. This distinctive process gives members an opportunity to learn and grow from one another.
One-to-One Mentorship:
One-to-one meet up & mentoring sessions help foster personal professional relationships within the group. This allows members an opportunity to address specific issues while having someone hold you accountable for your own progress.
Success:
You will be asked to measure both financial and social value of your membership for your organization. This ensures that your time in the group contributes effectively to your organizational and personal goals.
