On August 17, the Pittsburg City Council generously authorized $250,000 of CARES Act funds to be made available for grants of up to $10,000 for small businesses operating in the City of Pittsburg which have been impacted by the virus.
Applications were received and vetted for eligibility by a panel of City and Chamber staff.
We would like to announce that the lottery drawing to determine the grant winners will take place on the Pittsburg Chamber's Facebook page as a Livestream event. Good luck Pittsburg businesses.
Thank you to all who attended!
What fun we had at the Virtual Tour Mixer of the Pittsburg Historical Museum. Though we had a little technical difficulty - the tour was fantastic! What a worthwhile treasure we have.
Congratulations to the trivia game winners as well - Patty Crespo, Vacation by Designs; Joanne Hodges, Keller Williams Realty; Elise Davila, Nick's Sandwiches; and Michele Stewart from Rubicon.
Special thanks to MCE for their sponsorship of the Mixer!
Thank you to Aura Massage, Croskey Real Estate, and the Pittsburg Historical Society for the raffle prizes.
Donations are being accepted all month long. Please give to keep our treasure here for everyone to enjoy!
Every little bit helps.
